'Just wanted to say a BIG Thank you for all your advice and recipes that you gave us on Saturday evening! My boyfriend had invited a whole bunch of people over for dinner this Friday that he really wants to impress and I was seriously stuck for what to cook but you made it really easy so easy for me.  My olives are already marinating, definately making the rocket salad with pear dressing (MY FAVOURITE), we are having lamb on the barbecue so I'm going to make the Romesco sauce.  Then also one of my favourites, the choc-dipped fig petals served at the end of the evening with some coffee as you suggested!'
