On the 9th April culinary professionals gathered in Chicago
for the annual conference of the International Association of
Culinary Professionals (IACP). This illustrious group of chefs,
cookbook authors, food specialists and journalists honoured the
best among them at a gala awards ceremony on the 14th April.
Nominees
included Allegra McEvedy, Heston Blumenthal, Julia Child and
Kylie Kwong.
