This class aims to demystify and give you a fascinating insight into the history, cultivation and usage of spices.  We will explore spices such as chilli, vanilla pepper, sumac and saffron and cover a wide range of spice blends. I will also be cooking you a selection of exciting recipes, including some I created for the recently published Spice and Herb Bible.

  • Berbere chicken skewers
  • Chermoula prawns with ras el hanout couscous
  • Mexican chipotle sauce
  • Sumac tomatoes with za'atar flatbread
  • Vanilla salmon
  • Star anise chocolate brownies
